The Challenge

To create a custom built food take away and eat in food counter, with a chilled cake display to the centre, units to accommodate, till stations, coke machines, ice wells, candy floss bowl, candy rock glass fronted display, cup dispensers and storage. The counter needed to be a semi circle, constructed from stainless steel frames.

Our solution

Cheflogic provided the client with CaD drawings of the proposed counter, and the clients architect (Capture) made detailed drawings, which we then custom fabricated stainless steel frames to include all the requested items, to provide a streamline food serving counter of over 15l/m long, giving plenty of space for up to 8 to 10 members of staff. We also supplied various, equipment for the main kitchen, including high performance Clam grills, counter fridges and freezers, Panini grills and bespoke tables
