All our designs are directed towards achieving the optimum energy efficiency and are as environmentally sensitive as possible within the constraints of supplying a high quality installation.

Carbon trust loans

Customers investing in energy efficient equipment makes sound   business and environmental sense but if that is not enough of a reason we work in Partnership with the Carbon trust who can provide INTEREST FREE loans of anything from £5,000-£500,000. Loans are based on the value of the savings made from existing equipment to NEW more energy efficient equipment.

From Design to Creation

Following client approval, our design team will work closely with our project managers to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Project Management

One of the principal key strengths is the project management we offer. Our team of staff will co-ordinate the project from start to finish liaising with other contractors to ensure the smooth running and planning of the installations.

Project Co-ordination

Using our CaD internal software we can prepare detailed drawings and equipment legends including services requirements so that contract managers can liaise with site contractors and assist with technical support also providing our sales administration staff the documentation required  to control all areas of purchasing and delivery process.

Delivery with Care

Our internal sales administration team co-ordinate our delivery vehicles operated by drivers who are used to handling large pieces of specialist equipment across the entire UK and beyond.

Installation Process

Once equipment reaches the site our skilled and qualified catering engineers will check, unpack position, install and test the equipment to ensure the smooth handover of a completed facility.

Training

Following the installation handover we can provide staff training on operating and cleaning procedures, and supply comprehensive operating manuals for future reference.

Service and Warranty

Unless otherwise stated all our equipment comes with 1 years Part and labor warranty (up to 5 years parts on certain lines). After the warranty period has ended this is not the end of our commitment we will provide ongoing service and parts support to the equipment we have supplied.
