The Challenge
To create two custom built food take away counters to two sides of the building, units to accommodate, till stations, coke machines, ice wells, cup dispensers and storage. Part of the contract needed to include a high performance takeaway cooking suite and a separate kitchen for the Café.
Our solution
Cheflogic provided the client with CaD drawings of the proposed counters, and liaised with on-site contractors on the construction and installation. The counters were designed in a curved semi circle following the unusual shape of the building. We constructed a completely bespoke counter using fabricated stainless steel units and refrigerated counters to include ice wells, doughnut machines, till points, cup dispensers, refrigerated and freezer units. In addition, we designed and fitted a fast food cooking suite including high performance fryers, clam grills and chip scuttle. Finally, we designed and fitted a separate cooking area for the sit-in Café service, including a combination oven, cooking range, hood, dishwasher system, refrigerated prep units and service counter.
