The Challenge
As with most School Kitchens Puss Bank School had an existing Kitchen with some very old equipment, whilst the equipment has been well maintained it had become more difficult to replace parts due to its age. Theyre existing extraction no longer complied with regulations and also needed to be replaced
Our solution
We completed a kitchen design to deliver a high standard new cooking suite including bespoke Canopy and Air Input system. sing our state of the art in house CaD software we completed drawings for the main kitchen and bar areas giving to the client 2D, 3D and rendered visuals, so they could see clearly the solution being offered. Our competition where effectively offering a standard new replacment for their 20+ year old equipment. We put forward a solution to utilise modern advances in the cooking suite including 2 x 11 Grid combination ovens with Touch Screen Digital control. Also installed within the centre island cook suite, where replacments 6 Burner Oven Ranges. Fitted over the cooking island we installed a custom canopy including extraction and air input.
