The Challenge
We were approached by the architect who wanted to put together a full turnkey solution involving full restaurant kitchen designs and bespoke bar areas.
Our solution
We designed a solution in the kitchen design within the restaurant that delivered a varied international menu requested by the client. We designed and installed an extraction canopy with an in built UV filter system and carbon treatment unit. next, we created a stainless steel bar that would curve at the same angle as the curved glass bar within the restaurant, we did this by making a complete bespoke bar solution built using a template of the bar top.
Our Solution
We designed and fitted a kitchen, bar and breakfast service point in the hotel including cooking suite and extraction canopy, bar counters, and breakfast counters. For the grill bar area on the 3rd floor of the hotel, we designed a counter with a bar area that could be partly converted into a service point when the area required a buffet service. the same bar unit was fitted with refrigerated counters to house wine and beer as well as a preparation fridge to service the grill section, incorporating an electric chargrill and a heated drawer unit.
